I get HTTP Status 503 - Servlet something is currently unavailable or 404 error when i am calling my servlets
If you are using shared JSP, the possible reason is that shared JSP only redirect partial request from apache -> tomcat.
This causes some of your customization in web.xml for your serlvets location not to function properly.
To resolve that, create a support ticket to request for adding full redirection to tomcat
(please note that this will break apache handler functionality such as .htaccess)
